What is the 'nose pad depth'?

The nose pad depth refers to how the frame is shaped and built to fit comfortably on different nose bridge heights.

Average: 9mm nose pads are recommended for those with an average to high nose bridge and low cheekbones. This is the most common fit that you will find on sunglasses sold in Canada.
Long: 12mm nose pads are recommended for those with a low nose bridge and high cheekbones.

Semi-hard, protective design that is not big, heavy or bulky. A major no-no as stated by the far & free Design Collective. (We're not ones to argue with great ideas!)

Microfiber sunglasses cleaning cloth

The far & free sunglass cloth is a soothing sky blue colour that pairs beautifully with the cream sunglass case.
While its main job is to clean finger prints and smudges from your sunglasses, this cloth is also printed with reminders to feel far from stress & free of worry by going outside to relax and reset.

How will your order ship?

Standard delivery is 3-5 business days by Canada post, which Canadians can enjoy for free.
Currently, far & free eyewear only ships within Canada.

What is the return policy?

Sometimes things don’t fit or look the way you had hoped, and that’s okay!

Returns

You can receive a full refund within 30 days from the shipping date. Contact Customer Care for your pre-paid shipping label and to arrange a return for the undamaged sunglasses. Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 7 business days.

Exchanges

We are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend returning your order and placing a new order online.
